Below is the solution for 404 or loading errors in Renaissance/Star Learning on ChromeOS devices. 


  1. On the error page click on the Lock icon to the left of the Address Bar.
  2. From the drop down select Site Settings
  3. In Site setting select clear data.
  4.  Then in the next window select Clear.
  5. Lastley closs out of Chrome by pressing X in the top right corner and re-open Renaissance/Star Learning. You should now be able to login.
