Below is the solution for 404 or loading errors in Renaissance/Star Learning on ChromeOS devices.
- On the error page click on the Lock icon to the left of the Address Bar.

- From the drop down select Site Settings

- In Site setting select clear data.

- Then in the next window select Clear.

- Lastley closs out of Chrome by pressing X in the top right corner and re-open Renaissance/Star Learning. You should now be able to login.
